Myanmar is a party to the Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) and must have to responsibility for implement of convention and give report to CEDAW committee. The committee recommended back the periodic reports of Myanmar, CEDAW committee appreciates to implement the national strategic plans such as The National Strategic Plan for the Advancement of women, NSPAW (2013-2022) and suggestion on improve the policy framework and law for elimination of discrimination against women and advancing women’s rights and to enhancing the rights of disable women and marginalize women group. The report aims to contribute to development of a comprehensive CEDAW committee recommendation on to adopting policy and law, review on existing law, policy and constitution, budgeting on women development, implementation for elimination of discrimination against women and advancing women’s rights and disable women and marginalize women group. Policy makers, students, researcher, women development-based workers and awareness raising trainers, facilitators should read Myanmar government gave periodic reports back to CEDAW committee.
